Where can I reset my password?

You can reset your password under the “Register/Login/Forgot Password” tab. Where you would normally sign in, click “Forgot password” and follow the prompts. An email will arrive shortly to the email on the account with further instructions.

How long will it take to receive an email to reset my password?

You will receive an email within 1-5 minutes of the password reset email request. If you do not receive an email, please contact [email protected]

The website says my information is incorrect but I know it’s right.

Please double check your information. If the error persists, please send your Customer Name, Customer Number, Contact Email and Billing Address (including ZIP code) to [email protected]

My rep used his/her email to sign me up. How can I change my email?

Please email your customer information including Name, Address and Customer Number to [email protected] with the Subject Line “Reset my Email” to change your email address if you cannot log in to do so yourself. If you can log in, changes can be made under “My Account”

I have tried everything and cannot get into my account. How can I reset my profile?

Please email [email protected] to reset your profile information.


Where do I find an overview of my orders? Do I also see the orders made by my sales rep?

Please log in to see the overview of “My Account”. In the “Order History” you do not only see your online orders, but also the orders you made with your sales rep from the moment you register online moving forward.

Tips & Tricks:
When you click on the order number, you also have an overview of all purchased products. If you want to repurchase these articles, you can speed up the process and order directly out of your last order!

Can I buy chemicals online?

Chemicals can be purchased online when logged in to your account and by State Ordinances. Chemicals CANNOT be purchased as a guest. Become A Customer today to shop our entire range of quality products including chemicals.

How can I use a coupon or promotion code?

You can use a coupon or promotion codes during the checkout process and apply the code.

There is an error message when I enter my promotion code!

My rep mentioned different shipping terms but they were not clear.

What are your shipping terms?

When shopping on, there are no shipping minimums.

Where do I see details for my order and delivery?

You can see this in the overview of “My Account” under “Order History” including Tracking numbers.

Where can I change the settings of my account?

Please log in the online shop and open “My Account”. You can have a look at your current profile data or reset your password. Furthermore you can update your email or shipping address. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service if you have any questions:

Can more than one employee set up an online account under one account number?

You can setup as many accounts as you need. Please make sure you have your customer number for the additional registration. You can register online in only a few seconds!

How can I speed up my purchase? I do not want to search for each product?

You have many possibilities to find the right product. You can either have a look in your order history if you already have purchased the product. Or you can speed up the process through our express order possibility. You can upload a file as described in the menu for “Express Order”.

I always buy the same articles. What should I do?

You can easily create a “Shopping List” under “My Account” and select your favorite products. Next time shopping will be easy and fast!


I cannot see my prices. What is wrong?

Please make sure you logged in to see your customer individual pricing.

What is the limit for free shipping?

When you spend $100 or more, the shipping is free.

Do I have an order minimum?

There is no order minimum for online orders.
