DISPERSION-BASED RUST CONVERTER

Prepares surfaces prior to paints and coatings.

Application
Surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Remove loose rust, paint and dirt with a wire brush, scraper etc. Apply an even, thin layer with a brush or roller. Avoid runs. Paint over within 48 hours. Comply with reaction time of three hours. Mask off surfaces not to be treated.

Properties
Reliably stops the corrosion process and offers an optimized surface for further painting. Rust converter penetrates into the rust, reacts with the rust and converts iron oxide into a stable, insoluble, blue-black, metallo-organic complex.

Note
Do not wash off treated surfaces with water. Immediately wash rust converter off painted surfaces.
Do not use in direct sunlight, on hot surfaces over 101°F (40°C) and when there is a danger of frost. Protect from frost. Clean application device with water after use.
