For automotive Use only. RTV White Silicone 100 % premium silicone rubber acetoxy sealant cures to a tough waterproof rubber upon exposure to moisture in the air. Provides long term flexible durability. Use as a space filling and bonding or for form- in -place gaskets. Adheres to clean metal, glass, most types of wood (non- oily), other silicone resins, ceramics, most painted and plastic surfaces.

Applications:

Automotive, Truck and RV industries for general sealing, caulking and form-in-place gasketing.

USE ONLY WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. Remove old sealant. Clean and dry surface, remove oil, grease and soap. Hold nozzle at 45o angle and appl. Spread or work material immediately after applying. Remove excess with paper towel. Skins over in 15 minutes. Dries tack free to touch in one hour. Cures in  24 hours. Maximum strength achieved in 7 days. Product cures with exposure to moisture in the air.

 

This product contains HFC-152a (GWP = 124) 

Note: Not recommended on surfaces to be painted; paints will not adhere well to sealant (paint before applying sealant). In totally confined areas (atmospheric moisture is required for curing) for use on or near sensitive metals, such as copper, brass, zinc, galvanized iron or magnesium. (Acetic acid released during cure can be corrosive, especially in confined cure conditions). Do not use on head gaskets.
